    Submit Application and Application fee by March 18th, 2024.

    Vendors receive acceptance/denial notification by March 29, 2024.

  • STEP SIX

    Seasonal & Daily Vendor Fees due by April 19, 2024.

  • STEP SEVEN

    Attend Annual Meeting on May 8, 2024.

    Attend Market

*Applicants will receive a confirmation email from the Market Manager after their application has been successfully submitted.

Become a Vendor

  • All vendors MUST submit a completed application and must read, acknowledge, and agree to our market rules. It is the vendor’s responsibility to open and read the document. Submitting an application indicates that you agree to abide by the market rules.

  • Liability insurance is required for ALL vendors. A Certificate of Liability listing RFM as an additional insured must be submitted in order for your application to be considered complete. Click here for a sample Certificate of Liability.

    There are many carriers that can assist. We do not endorse any, but providers include:

  • You may choose seasonal or daily rate fee structure:

    12x10 Feet: $275 (or $285 if paying by credit or debit)

    24x10 Feet: $525 (or $535 if paying by credit or debit)

    36x10 Feet: $775 (or $785 if paying by credit or debit)

    Daily Vendor (12x10 Feet): $40/day

    Non-Profit (12x10 Fee)t: $10/day

    Application Fee for ALL Vendors: $20

  • Items must be hand produced; no mass production or reselling allowed.

    We welcome many types of vendors: Produce, Meat/Eggs/Dairy, Bakers, Wineries/Distilleries, Arts & Crafts, Bodycare, Prepared Foods, and More. Questions regarding your category should be directed to our Market Manager.
